Returns/Exchange
At Sureena Chowdhri, we want your shopping experience to feel easy, thoughtful, and well-supported.
We understand that sometimes an outfit may not work out as expected — whether due to size, fit, styling, or any other concern. Our returns and exchange policy is designed to make the process clear and simple, while ensuring that every request is handled fairly.

RETURN/EXCHANGE
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Domestic orders may be returned or exchanged only if we are informed within 5 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags must be intact.
- The item must be free from stains, marks, damage, odour, or signs of wear.
- The item must not be altered, customised, discounted, or purchased on sale.
Once the item is received and checked by our team, we will confirm whether it qualifies for return or exchange.
2. Store Credit
- We do not offer refunds.
- If your return is approved, you will receive a store credit that can be used on our website.
- The store credit will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
- Store credit can only be used on our website and cannot be redeemed at our retail stores.
3. Exchange
- If your exchange request is approved, you may select another product of the same value or a higher value.
- If the new product is priced higher, the difference will need to be paid by the customer.
- We offer only a one-time exchange.
- The new order placed through an exchange or store credit will not be eligible for another return or exchange.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return/ Exchange
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- International orders
- Orders purchased from our retail stores
- Sale products
- Discounted products
- Altered products
- Customised products
- Made-to-measure orders
- Orders placed without a dupatta
- Orders where different sizes are selected for the top and bottom
- Products that have been worn, used, stained, damaged, or returned without tags
5. Reverse Shipping
- For approved returns or exchanges, the cost of shipping the product back to our warehouse will be borne by the customer.
- In case of an exchange, Sureena Chowdhri will bear the cost of shipping the new product to the customer.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
You can cancel an order placed on our website within 48 hours of receiving an order confirmation e-mail. Any requests beyond such timeline would not qualify for cancellation.
REFUND
Most of our products are made to order and as a result, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to assist you with exchanges, alterations and return for store credit to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase
DAMAGED PRODUCT
Any product that has been hampered or damaged during transportation is eligible for a return/exchange/repair as long as we have been intimated of such damage within 48 hours of delivery. The damaged product will have to be couriered back to our warehouse within 7 days of such intimation beyond which we would not be able to accept the merchandise.
The cost of reverse shipping the damaged product will be reimbursed to the customer if it is found that the product was indeed damaged during transit.
In such a scenario, our production team will assess the damage and offer one of the following resolutions to the customer depending upon the degree of damage:
- Repair/Alteration to fix the damage and courier the product back to the customer.
- Process an order for a fresh item if the damage is not reparable.
- Return for a store credit.
Please note that the resolution being offered shall be at the sole discretion of our team upon assessing the damage.
